Chaque fois, les probl\u00e8mes sont per\u00e7us comme uniques et personnels. La solution habituelle ? R\u00e9organiser ou changer les acteurs. Le r\u00e9sultat ? Les m\u00eames difficult\u00e9s r\u00e9apparaissent invariablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que Barry Oshry a d\u00e9couvert apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de recherche, c&#8217;est que la grande majorit\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes ne sont pas, en fait, personnels. Tr\u00e8s rapidement, l\u2019exercice devient \u00e9tonamment r\u00e9el et les participants vivent les m\u00eames malentendus, conflits et opportunit\u00e9s manqu\u00e9es que beaucoup vivent trop souvent dans nos organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous utilisons ensuite des boussoles syst\u00e9miques \u00e9prouv\u00e9es pour comprendre clairement pourquoi ces d\u00e9fis persistent et les meilleures strat\u00e9gies pour les d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSouvent, une opportunit\u00e9 n&#8217;est qu&#8217;une question de perspective.
