pratiques<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cod\u00e9veloppement peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la fois aux enjeux des acteurs du changement, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 ceux des sponsors de la transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"En_quoi_consiste_le_codeveloppementnbspnbsp\"><strong>En quoi consiste le cod\u00e9veloppement&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un <strong>processus de coaching en groupe<\/strong> de 6-7 personnes dans un <strong>cadre de confiance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les participants sont <strong>des pairs<\/strong> qui sont <strong>issus de diff\u00e9rentes fonctions<\/strong> au sein de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le groupe est accompagn\u00e9 par <strong>un animateur <\/strong>qui facilite <strong>le processus<\/strong> <strong>du cod\u00e9veloppement<\/strong> et <strong>la dynamique du groupe.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque participant partage tour \u00e0 tour <strong>ses d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els et actuels de leadership.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les d\u00e9fis partag\u00e9s sont des <strong>questions actuelles, importantes, concr\u00e8tes<\/strong>, sur lesquelles la personne peut agir, et qui comportent une dimension relationnelle ou humaine.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chacun devient <strong>coach pour les autres<\/strong>, en partageant ses questions, ses perceptions, son feedback \/ feedforward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque session dure <strong>une demi-journ\u00e9e<\/strong>, pour un total de <strong>5 \u00e0 6 sessions<\/strong>, \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence typique <strong>de 6 \u00e0 8 semaines<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Les_5_leviers_dapprentissage_du_codeveloppement\"><strong>Les 5 leviers d\u2019apprentissage du cod\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui fait la puissance du cod\u00e9veloppement, c\u2019est qu\u2019il mobilise cinq leviers puissants d&#8217;apprentissage&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&#8217;apprentissage par l&#8217;<strong>action<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donner et recevoir du <strong>coaching <\/strong>entre pairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>confiance<\/strong> et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La diversit\u00e9 des regards et le<strong> challenge<\/strong> r\u00e9ciproque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;<strong>intelligence collective<\/strong> du groupe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Comment_se_deroule_une_session_de_codeveloppementnbspnbsp\"><strong>Comment se d\u00e9roule une session de cod\u00e9veloppement&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La session commence par <strong>un tour de parole<\/strong> pour se reconnecter en groupe, partager les progressions depuis la session pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et r\u00e9colter les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 coacher dans la session.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le cod\u00e9veloppement dure environ 45 minutes par d\u00e9fi, en <strong>orchestrant le dialogue de coaching <\/strong>entre le porteur du d\u00e9fi et le groupe en tant que coach. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;animateur agit \u00e9galement comme <strong>coach parmi les coachs<\/strong> du groupe. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur <strong>une demi-journ\u00e9e,<\/strong> trois d\u00e9fis peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La session s\u2019ach\u00e8ve par un temps de <strong>r\u00e9colte des apprentissages<\/strong> pour chacun \u00e0 partir des d\u00e9fis coach\u00e9s en groupe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au fil des sessions l&#8217;animateur transmet aux participants <strong>le r\u00f4le d&#8217;animation<\/strong> du cod\u00e9veloppement pour soutenir leur autonomie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span
