La premi\u00e8re session est d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre au-del\u00e0 des r\u00f4les et des organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un climat de confiance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poser les principes de fonctionnement du cercle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019approprier le processus de cod\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Comment_fonctionne_le_codeveloppement_entre_Leaders_RH\"><strong>Comment fonctionne le cod\u00e9veloppement entre Leaders RH? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cercle,&nbsp;<strong>chacun est tour \u00e0 tour porteur de d\u00e9fi et coach pour les autres<\/strong>. Chaque participant est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 partager \u00e0 la fois ses d\u00e9fis de leadership RH, ses exp\u00e9riences apprenantes et ses feedbacks en mode coaching entre pairs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe est accompagn\u00e9 par <strong>un animateur <\/strong>qui facilite <strong>le processus<\/strong> <strong>du cod\u00e9veloppement<\/strong> et <strong>la dynamique du groupe.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chaque participant partage tour \u00e0 tour <strong>ses d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els et actuels de leadership.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les d\u00e9fis partag\u00e9s sont des <strong>d\u00e9fis de leadership RH actuels, importants et concrets<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chacun devient <strong>coach pour les autres<\/strong>, en partageant ses questions, ses perceptions, son feedback \/ feedforward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque session dure <strong>une demi-journ\u00e9e<\/strong>, pour un total de <strong>8 sessions<\/strong> sur l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence typique <strong>de 6 semaines<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en partenariat entre COLEADERS et SAWOO: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>COLEADERS, nous apportons une exp\u00e9rience de longue date et reconnue en accompagnement des DRH sur leurs enjeux strat\u00e9giques (enjeux humains et culturels des transformations, d\u00e9veloppement des leaders et d&#8217;\u00e9quipe de direction), ainsi qu&#8217;en animation de groupes de cod\u00e9veloppement (plus de 50 groupes de cod\u00e9veloppement et plus de 300 dirigeants accompagn\u00e9s, avec un&nbsp;niveau d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation \u00e9lev\u00e9 et constant&nbsp;de la part des participants). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAWOO est pionnier dans le d\u00e9veloppement de communaut\u00e9s de leaders dans diff\u00e9rentes fonctions et secteurs, communaut\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur le
